AI onboarding, reminders and scheduling

Patients get in, and keep showing up.

Chief answers the phone, books the visit and keeps patients on track between visits, so your front desk isn't the bottleneck.

  1. Onboarding

New patients get a link to PatientDot, your free patient app. No app store: it installs from the browser, and readings, messages and the care plan live there.

  2. Calls answered

Chief answers your practice line in the name you choose, books the appointment on the call and hands the caller to a person when they ask.

  3. Scheduling

Booking follows your office hours and visit types, from a call, your website or a link in a text. Missed a call? The patient gets a text to request a call back.

  4. Reminders

Medication, reading and follow-up reminders on the patient's phone, and a call back at the time the patient asked for.

AI Scribe

Talk to the patient. The scribe does the rest.

One scribe for check-in calls, care planning, assessments and visits. It listens on the phone, on video or in the room, and turns the conversation into work your team can review.

  1. Call guides

A guide keeps each call on track. Topics tick off live as they come up, so nothing is missed.

  2. Notes

A draft note in your template, ready to review and edit. Earlier versions are kept.

  3. Goals and care plan

Goals, focus areas, problems and interventions agreed on the call are pulled out for the care plan.

  4. Tasks

Follow-ups mentioned on the call become tasks, plus a message for the patient and one for the care team.

  5. Assessments

Questionnaires fill in as you talk, with scores worked out and anything that needs a look flagged.

  6. Quality review

Each call gets a quality score, so leads can coach the team. Scores for a colleague's calls are for admins only.

Conditions, medication changes and readings heard on the call are suggested for the chart. A person adds or dismisses each one.

Program enrollment, care plans and billing

From eligible to enrolled to ready to bill.

Chief works the enrollment queue for CCM, PCM, RPM, BHI and APCM. People stay in charge of every decision.

  1. Eligible

Chief checks diagnoses in the chart against each program's rules and lists the patients who may qualify.

  2. Enrolled

Chief calls to explain the program and what it may cost, asks for consent, and offers to book the first visit on the same call.

  3. Care plan

Chief drafts the care plan from the chart and the visit. Your clinician edits it, signs it off and assigns it to the patient's app.

  4. Care time

A care timer counts your team's time with each patient toward the right code, month by month.

  5. Ready to bill

Billing shows progress toward each CPT code, checks which codes can go together, and flags what is missing before the claim.

CareDots tracks care time and checks billing rules. Payment is subject to payer rules, documentation and audits.

Programs we support

Every program, with its billing codes.

CareDots tracks the time and activity behind each code, so your team can see what a month supports. Your practice decides what to bill.

Three apps. Three dots.

One for your care team, one for your doctors, one for your patients, with Chief connecting them.
